More Detailed Directions to Find the Therapy Rooms in Central London
Once you arrive at ‘Lady Hale Gate’ the main entrance that opens off High Holborn, between the ‘Cittie of Yorke’ pub and the ‘Tesco Express’.
Walk into Gray’s Inn passing the ‘Porters Lodge’ (there is no need to say where you are visiting but they will happily direct you if you need help).
The first square you enter is ‘South Square’ with the ‘Old Hall’ just ahead of you and the ‘Library’ to the right.
Walk towards the next arch, passing the entrance to the ‘Bridge Bar’ (a great place for a peaceful coffee or tea) and into ‘Gray’s Inn Square’
Continue walking on the left-hand pavement past building number 1 & 2 Gray’s Inn Square and you will reach number 3 in 30 seconds.

Local transport
Underground
Chancery Lane (Central line) is the closest Underground station to the Inn. Use exit 1 and continue straight for about 80m to find the main entrance on your right. Look for the ‘Cittie of Yorke’ pub and the large white clock above it. The entrance to Grays in is just between ‘Cittie of Yorke’ and Tesco.
Holborn (Central and Piccadilly lines) is a short walk away (approx. 0.4miles / 500m). Use the British Museum & High Holborn exit and turn right. Continue walking towards Chancery Lane station for approximately 7-8 minutes. You will find the main entrance to the Inn on your left shortly before you reach Chancery Lane station. Look for the 3-sided clock that is above the ‘Cittie of Yorke’ pub, the entrance is just between the pub and the Tesco Express.
Train
Farringdon station (National Rail and Underground (Hammersmith and City, Circle and District lines)) is a 9-11 minute walk away.
King’s Cross station (National Rail and Underground (Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, Hammersmith and City, Circle and District lines)) is short taxi, bus ride or a 20-25 minute walk away.

Routes 8, 25, 242 and 521 stop at Chancery Lane Station:
- stop E travelling towards St Paul’s or Chancery Lane
- stop F travelling towards Tottenham Court Road
Routes 17, 45, 46 and 341 stop at Bus Gray’s Inn Road:

Routes 19, 38, 55 and 243 stop at Gray’s Inn Road:

Vehicle
Pedestrian and vehicular access (subject to parking charges) is permitted for those with business within the Inn. Members of the public may use the private roads within the Estate with the consent of the Inn under section 31 of the Highways Act 1980.

The Inn is within the Congestion Charge zone.
Cycle
Please note that cycling on the Estate is restricted. The Inn has cycle racks by Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn Square, South Square and Verulam Buildings. Bicycles must not be locked to any railings within the Estate.
The Transport for London cycle hire docking stations closest to the Inn are on Red Lion Street and Holborn (A40, towards St Pauls).
